My parents have told me that if you find a job that you love, you'll never "work" a day in your life.  That's the way I've always felt about baseball.  I love it all; the workouts, the practices, the games.  My coaches have complimented me on my toughness, but it's really just a love of the competition.  I've always loved the feeling of being in pressure situations: down by one, man on second, two outs, and I'm up to bat; or bases loaded, we're up one with one out and I come in to pitch relief.  Even when I haven't succeeded in those situations, I've still relished the challenge.  I want to put everything I have into pursuing a playing career in baseball in college and, if possible, professionally.  If that doesn't happen, I plan to study Sports Management so I can pursue a non-playing career in baseball and find a job where I'll never have to "work" a day in my life.
