Personal Statement
I am currently attending Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, FL, and a member of the AMU baseball program. I am a starter and a utility player.
In 2019, I was a recipient of Baton Rouge Community College's Student-Athlete Academic Honors Award. In 2018, I was awarded Baton Rouge Community College's Baseball Male Newcomer of the Year, while completing my freshman season with a .305 BA, 47 GP, 46 H, 2 HR, 15 RBI, 1-3B, 4-2B, 26R, and 10 SB. My GPA is 3.75.
In 2018 and 2019, I had the opportunity to play Summer ball for the Niagara Power of the New York Collegiate Baseball League in Niagara Falls, NY, where in 2019 we took home the NYCBL championship. My jersey number was 33, and my primary position was 2B/LF.
I am a graduate of St. Amant High School in St. Amant, where I maintained a 4.16 cumulative GPA, and was enrolled in honor, dual enrollment and AP courses. I also earned a 4.0 Academic Certificate Louisiana where I played baseball under Coach Troy Templet for four years. I was a one year captain of the Gators baseball team. I was named to the 2nd team All District Team and the Academic All State Team.
My goal is to pursue a college degree while playing the game that I love. I am ready to work hard on and off the field.
