Personal Statement

I am a hard-working, dedicated student-athlete. I strive for success in the classroom as well as on the diamond. I am very enthusiastic about baseball, and enjoy every chance I get to play this great game. My long-term goals are to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in biology, and intend to further my education into graduate school. I like to have fun while playing, but I also take my commitment to the sport very seriously and with passion. What makes me a great candidate is my positive attitude, leadership abilities and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team win. I consider myself to be very coachable. I always welcome suggestions for improvement, and work to better myself everyday.
