Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Jesse Lacefield, and I hope that you will consider me as a baseball recruit for the Class of 2020. In baseball, I am frequently one of the most versatile players on the field, being able to play anywhere on the field in order to help my team. Ever since my early years, I have always loved the game of baseball. For me the best part of the game is the feeling you get when the game is on the line. That feeling is a feeling that not just defines how good a baseball player is, but any athlete. On the field, I have always enjoyed taking a leadership role, and picking up my teammates when they feel down. Outside of baseball, I am an Honor Roll student. My favorite academic subject is Biology. I frequently volunteer to help fight hunger in my area, including volunteering at the Manna Food Center, and going on a three day service trip into Washington DC to learn more about hunger and poverty and how to end them. Thank you very much for taking the time to look at my profile, and I hope that you will consider me, Jesse Lacefield as one of your baseball recruits for the Class of 2020.
