I will be an asset to any program I join due to the combination of my character, work ethic, and baseball abilities.
From the time I was very young, my character has earned me recognition and praise. Beginning at the age of six years old, I have received every award given for sportsmanship, leadership, and character: Camper of the Session at Hale Reservation’s Summer Camp; Camper of the Week and Camper of the Session at PrimeTime Lacrosse; the Red Palumbo Sportsmanship Award for Medfield Little League (2014); selected as Captain for Fury (EBL League, summer of 2017); selected as Captain of Blake Middle School (spring 2017).
All of these awards demonstrate my commitment and character, which I am using to develop my baseball skills. I am 15 years old now, and with the hard work and dedication I have demonstrated, am improving every day. I currently – in February – attend two Captain’s practices per week for Medfield High School; one practice and one strength and conditioning session per week for Fury; and one private lesson. During my private lesson, I focus on hitting and pitching. My best friend and I hit the gym and the batting cages every opportunity we have.
I am focused on improving as a pitcher, first baseman, and hitter. As past success is the best predictor of future success, I am confident I will succeed in the future.
