I've been working at the University of Maine with their assistant coach, Nick Derba. Nick played AAA baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals. I have been learning hitting mechanics from him for 3 years. I can play any position on the field. I really enjoy pitching, but I have been the 2nd string catcher this season. I actually played every position once. I feel I would be great for any college team because winning is my number one goal. This season I have so far hit over .680 and have had an OBP over .778. In pitching I have thrown 2 games in middle school, my first throwing 4 no hit innings in relief, striking out 6, walking 0, and throwing 39 pitches. Then my second game I started in 39 degree weather with a snow and rain mix, I threw a complete game shutout, struck out 11, and threw 74 pitches in 7 innings. I am also the Captain of my middle school basketball and baseball team, so I know how to be a leader. I focus on being the best I can be, and strive to win. I would say my swing is comparable to Josh Donaldson's, and I try to emulate his swing, and his mechanics.
