March 2017Personal Statement
I am a Junior attending Milford High School in Highland, Michigan. I have been playing baseball since I was 5 and this will be my 12th season, I have also been playing Travel Baseball for 7 years. I am a right handed pitcher and also play 1st & 3rd base, I have been pitching since I was 9 and would like to continue developing that position over the next 2 seasons. I played football and basketball over the years but I have decided to concentrate on baseball going forward as I would like to play College ball once High School is completed. I also joined the HS swim team last year to help with winter conditioning.
I am very proud of my current GPA (4.03/4.0) and understand how important it is to do well in school. I am involved in my community as a member of my Student Council and Spanish Club, we are engaged in a number of projects and volunteer over 20 hours for community service a year. I also was inducted into the National Honors Society as a Junior.
I enjoy hunting with my dad and going to baseball & football games with my family.
