My name is Brook Baldridge. I am looking for a school that will allow me to develop into the best person, athlete, and student that I can be. I am a multiple sport athlete who has concentrated solely on baseball for the last two years.
I enjoy challenges in all parts of my life. I have been told that I am very coachable. I enjoy playing several positions in order for the team to succeed.
I love baseball and take great pride in working on it daily. I am a self motivated athlete wants to chase my dream of playing professionally.
I believe that I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I have learned perseverance and patience resulting from back surgery I had last December. I quite often on in pain for two years before surgery. The neurosurgeon stated that I should not have any additional problems. I am thankful that the surgery went well and I have been able to better my skill levels than they were prior to the surgery. I have learned how to be patient, work hard, and persevere through difficult times. This has helped make me the person I am today.
Once my baseball playing days are finished, my other passion is to become a play-by-play sports broadcaster. I am blessedThat my high school offers this class. I am also looking to do an internship in the industry this summer.
Thank you for your time, Brock
