Ryan Swanson '16 Recruiting Profile

I have been passionate for the game of baseball ever since I was little, all the way up to date. When I got into high school, I had the goal of playing at the next level and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get there. I am a very coachable player that will spend lots of time and hard work to achieve my goals. As an athlete, I have a tall frame for a pitcher at 6'5". I have a good   downward angle on the mound, and a 3/4-  over the top arm slot. As a student, I take   pride in my school work and I want a   college to fit both my athletic and academic   needs. I have a 3.87 GPA and balance my   time well with between athletics and school.   I am involved in basketball, baseball, and  a  chamber choir in addition to my classes in  school, so my time management  skills are  excellent. I am the type of player who will   do what is best for the team's success,  so I  always keep that in mind when I  become a  new part of a team. I can take on  whatever  role the team needs and will do it  without  any problems.
