Carson Deal '16 Recruiting Profile

When I look at the Core Values noted within the NCSA program I find that they fit my life and ambitions:

- Team First - I will do anything to support my team! My team will change from day to day, event to event. My team includes family, friends, teachers, mentors, coaches and teammates. What I have in life has been influenced by my entire team and I will always be there to support them, now and in the future.

- Education - my passion may be baseball and I will be involved with the game for the rest of my life, but education will allow me to expand beyond my passion and dreams. Without a strong education as my partner I will not be able to achieve my life long goals.

- Attitude - A poor attitude is contagious! You can't achieve your goals without a positive and supportive attitude.

- Make Your Mark - Goals can be large or small. By achieving these goals you will leave a legacy of positive influence and achievement.

- Lead By Example - You can't be a winner without the support of a winning team. You can't have a winning team without a leader. A great leader is positive, strong, and supportive. I try hard every day to be this type of leader utilizing this mindset.

- Give Back - I have enjoyed success in my life because people of have invested their time and talents into me. In turn I take every opportunity to do the same. You can give back as a coach, mentor, teacher, etc. I look for every opportunity available to give back whenever possible.
