Personal Statement
I have played baseball my entire life and have always dreamed of playing at the college level. In college I want to play for a great college program and go to the national tournament with that team. I want to be a leader for the team I play for and not just play for myself, but for my team all the time. In baseball I have grown as a man and have grown to respect the game. I play with passion, sportsmanship, hustle, but most of all heart. Baseball is my life, but school does take priority. In school I take pride in my work to. I am a NHS member and have gotten an academic letter since my freshman year. Outside of school and baseball I hang around with friends, and family and volunteer. I volunteer a lot for the club I played for until I was fourteen years old. At my club I usually help out with their tryouts by running a station and taking readings and scores. I also have volunteered at Race for the Cure, Project Home, and other events. I love baseball and know the honor it is to play at the college level.
