Personal Statement
I've been in sports my entire life. I started at a young age and learned the only way to succeed was to find a goal and put in the hours to accomplish that goal. I have an interest in Business Management. Attributes that I possess that would be beneficial to any team are dedication, adaptability and responsibility. I stay out of trouble, and love spending time with my family. My family has had a great impact on my life, from my extremely hard-working parents, to my sister and my brother. My older sister has taught me many things from her life. I have learned from the good things she has done and learned from her bad experiences. Even my five year-old brother teaches me new things everyday. I only do things to my best of my ability, because I know it will be beneficial in the future. Academically I've always put school ahead of everything else. I was in the advanced program in elementary and middle school, and enrolled in very rigorous and challenging classes in my years at Grand Island Senor High. My GPA is 3.86. I am one of 18 juniors in central Nebraska selected to the Youth Leadership Program; which will give me insight and experience in many professional fields in our community.
