I am a 6'2" 185 pound left handed pitcher from Omaha, Nebraska. My goal every time I step on the mound is to throw a consistent first pitch strike. I feel it is crucial to not give up any walks, therefore I like to pound the zone with my fastball to get ahead then show my off speed. My dreams is to play for a college that I can help bring home to Omaha to play in the College World Series and ultimately to make it to the Major Leagues.
I am the first to admit that during my first two years of high school I wasn't focused on becoming a better baseball player or a better student. Before my junior year, I transferred to Millard South and the results have been dramatic both on the field and in the classroom. I was able to raise my G.P.A. and with the help of my coaches I have gotten into the best shape physically I have ever been in while also improving my pitching velocity and accuracy.
I will be attending classes and playing baseball at Neosho County CC in the fall of 2013. After Neosho, I want to go to a school with a good baseball program that suits me academically and socially. I am open to any college experience, but most importantly I am looking for coaches that will help me achieve my goals and teammates that are also driven to achieve success. I also would like to be at a school where I can step onto the field and play as early as possible and I am hoping to receive some scholarship money.
