Notes: Started and subbed in four or five games as an 8th grader, playing middle infield. A highlight was my first varsity game as lead off hitter in a Legion State Prep Tournament, I contributed with two of our team's only three hits.
2016 Nebraska American Legion Baseball (Junior Varsity MI Starter) (B-1)
Notes: Started at second and shortstop on the (Willmar Electric) Lincoln Christian School Junior Varsity Team, often leading off or batting in the two hole as an 8th grader. They did not keep track of batting stats, however, I feel comfortable estimating my OBP was near .400 My parochial school currently doesn't have an official Spring high school team so they field two American Legion teams instead. I also contributed positively in a few games with the Varsity Team as an 8th grader, also primarily as a middle infielder.
