I am a person who constantly pushes myself to be the best I can be and everyday I find one thing to get better at so I can keep growing as an individual and as a baseball player. I am a very big communicator and every team we play I memorize where they are in there line up and determine if I need to shift or not after there first at bats. I feel like I play a big roll in communicating with the other out fielders on where to play and also when a ball is hit if they need to go back or run in.
