Personal Statement
My name is Victor Vasquez and I am a 6'0, 190 pound catcher/3B from Collingswood, New Jersey. Since I was young, my goal has been to play baseball at the collegiate level and I have worked hard in the classroom, in the weight room, and on the field to achieve my goal. I believe that I have the skillset to compete with anyone, but what sets me apart is the leadership I exhibit on the diamond. I am proud to say that I have been a captain of many teams that I have played for and make it a personal point of emphasis as a catcher to lead my team and put us in the right mindset to succeed. As a member of a college program, I will work tirelessly to become the best player I can and achieve as much as possible with my teammates on the field.
