Athletic Progress:
I believe being a top student athlete means taking ownership and pride in your performance while on the field and more importantly in the class room. I have consistently maintained a high GPA and challenge myself academically with honors classes in English, Science and World Cultures. I also value the time I dedicate to participating in other sports and activities such as basketball and community service programs. I'm the oldest in my family and enjoy being a positive role model to my brother Andersen and sister Mia. If asked, I believe my teammates would describe me as a positive leader in the dugout and on the field as well as a player who works hard every single pitch. I take great pride in putting in the hard work off the field getting stronger and faster everyday. As a player and student I've learned the importance of these characteristics in not only playing good baseball but building strong relationships. My current goal is to find a College that I can make a quick and sustained contribution to on the field, and one that will equally support my continued development off the field.
