Ronald (RJ) Lyman, Jr. '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5 '10 senior pitcher and outfielder from Mohegan Lake, New York. I am currently attending Walter Panas High School. In my freshman year, I was a starter for the Panas JV baseball team. I was one of the starting pitchers and was a starting outfielder. In my sophomore  year, I played for the Panas Varsity baseball team. I was a relief pitcher and I started in center field. In my junior year, I was the #1 starting pitcher and also played outfield. Academically, I am a great student and I finished my sophomore year with a 96 overall average. Also, in my sophomore year I took the AP World History exam and scored a 4 out of 5. In my junior year I finished with a 94 overall average. Also, in my junior year I took AP classes in History and Chemistry. My academic goal is to pursue a degree in the science field. My top choices at this moment are biochemistry, chemical engineering and chemistry. As a baseball player, my dream is to play baseball at the collegiate level. I want to play baseball at a college that is strong academically and play for a team that is competitive. I work hard on and off the field in order to pursue my dreams.
