Nick Ciaschi '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a very motivated person who is committed to being an outstanding athlete and the best student possible.  I am very social and enjoy being around all types of people. I am still developing my personal and career goals however, I know that I want to attend college following high school and pursue a career in business.  I grew up in our family restaurant/catering business and understand what work ethic is and it's importance in gaining success.

I began playing baseball with my Dad in our back yard at the age of 4 and have played competitive baseball since the fourth grade.  I've always enjoyed baseball and have remained committed to the sport throughout elementary, middle and high school.  I've participated in summer travel baseball and have always started since the fourth grade. Our 10U and 11U teams each reached the New York State finals each year.  As I've moved through middle school and now high school, my baseball skills and knowledge of baseball have become more fluid and I have solidified my starting position at short stop and 2nd position in the batting order.
