Personal Statement

As a dedicated Student-Athlete, I strive for the best in myself and in my team.  I am willing and able to play any position or any role for my team.

I had chosen to attend St. Leo University in the Fall of 2015 and have decided that a transfer, back up to Northern New England where I can play the sport I love, and be around the people I love, was my best option. Although I realize the transfer process is not easy, I have decided it is the way to go and it is the right move for me.

In my first semester at Saint Leo University, I attempted to walk-on to the baseball program along with twenty-five other student-athletes. Two were chosen and a week later were cut from the team for skill reasons and because the team had already had a forty-man roster.

It is in my highest interest to play baseball at a university that has not only a great academic record but also a great athletic record.

My future goals include earning my degree in Sports Management and becoming an Athletic Director at a university in New England while playing baseball; the sport I love and the sport that has been apart of my life since before I can even remember.
