I am a three sport Varsity athlete. Playing three sports is something I choose to do, because I enjoy the different skills that each game requires. The players I'm competing against for a roster spot most likely play more games on a year-round basis. But with the knowledge that I've acquired through playing three sports, I believe that when I focus only on baseball, my ability to grow as a player will improve tremendously.
Being a part of a team with other players who seek the same desire to play ball as hard as I do is something I look forward to. I'm an extremely hard worker both on and off the field. I've always done my best to lead my team and I am ready for the demands of a college level sport, balancing both baseball and academics. In the fall I play Varsity soccer and in the winter I'm a FIS alpine ski racer. I'm used to missing school because in just one semester ski racing has made me miss over 30+ days of school. Even with all the missed days I continue to be on Honor Roll and keep up with my homework.
