Personal Statement
My name is Kyle Ebert, I currently attend Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey New Jersey. I am a 5' 9" 185 pound catcher/ outfielder. My collegiate goals and aspirations include attending the best fitting college for me that I can help improve athletically and academically. I am willing to do anything if it means to help my teammates and my program succeed in any way. I hope to one day play college baseball at any collegiate level and challenge myself on and off the field day-in-and-day-out. I have no preference as to what specific type of school I would like to attend.
What makes me a good candidate for any collegiate program would have to be my passion for my athletics as well as my academics. Everyday I try to be better than I was the day before and I am willing to work twice as hard for any college/university that is willing to give me an opportunity at their respected institutions.
What makes me different from other recruits characteristically would have to be my maturity and realistic approach and understanding of different situations. Athletically I am different from other recruits in the sense that I am willing to use my free time to work that extra hour to better myself and the program to work harder than my competition. Finally academically what sets me apart is my work ethic and the fact that I truly understand that my studies come before my athletics and that I cant play baseball without focusing on my academics first.
