Isaiah Tovar '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Isaiah Tovar and a goal of mine ever since I could swing a bat was to play at the next level. I've played baseball year round my whole ever since I was six. My natural position is shortstop, but I've played a little bit of everything from outfield to 2nd and 3rd. My 8th grade I made the Jv team and became the MVP of the team at shortstop. I began Varsity as a freshman and started as a sophomore at 3rd and also at the top of the pitching rotation, and currently doing so as a junior. I've stunned people with my capabilities for my size and been overcoming the odds and adversity my whole life. With my good work ethic and determination to succeed, I'm hoping to find a spot at the collegiate level for me.
