Personal Statement

On May 18 at our Baseball Banquet I was given the MVP of the Year award and also made All District 1st Team..

This years baseball season,2016, in District Leaders I am ranked #1 inBATTING AVERAGE, #1 in SLUGGING .550, #1 in ON BASE PERCENTAGE .467, #2 in ERA 2.62, #2 in Strikeouts(pitching) 39, #1 in Fielding .975....


Last years baseball season in District Leaders I was ranked #1 in FIELDING PERCENTAGE 1.0, #3 in ON BASE PERCENTAGE.395, #3 in SLUGGING PERCENTAGE .550, #2 in BATTING AVERAGE .350, and #2 in HOME RUNS for my school district.

Our district uses "WOODEN BATS" so I know if I was able to use a metal bat my stats would be better, but I like using a stick to play ball because that's how ball used to be played. Also our field is the size of a major league field, not a high school one and this helps me to work harder when hitting.
