Mikey Espinal '15 Recruiting Profile

   My name is Mikey Espinal, i am 16 years old and one of my dreams is to play college baseball. I am a hard working athlete that is very ambitious and wants to go as far as i can in baseball. I go to Long Island City High School, I made the varsity team freshmen year and started the last 7 games including the playoff game. My school is a very high competitive school when it comes to baseball. Our baseball program is a good program especially cause we have a dedicated coach (Thomas Lehman) who wants us to achieve a good baseball season every year.

   I am a dedicated athlete. But besides being an athlete i also concentrate on my school work. I take a college prep class. I have no AP classes yet because i dont think i would have the time for both baseball and school. I am thinking of taking AP classes next year. Cause i know it looks very good your junior year. I took the Psat but i havent got my score back yet. I am an 80 plus average kid. My freshmen year my gpa was a 83.33averge. I had alot of things going through my head freshmen year so i got distracted alot.

   Im going to finish off by saying i attended a college showcase freshmen year. The video i have up was the video of the showcase. As a player i have improved alot more and i will post new videos up very soon. Thank you for taking your time in reading this, get back to me when you can.
