Personal Statement
I have always worked very hard to be the best at whatever I do. My goal now is to excel in both the classroom and on the field. I have developed a passion for baseball at a very young age and have played continuously throughout the years. I am a team player and do what is best for the team to win; if that's bunting or coming up big in a big spot, I am the man to do it. I workout 7 days a week for up to 2 hours. I train harder than anyone and do not stop until I reach my goal, and then strive to surpass that goal. If challenged I will do whatever it takes to meet that challenge. I am a motivated student athlete. I do not let a day go to by without doing something that can make me a better ball player. I always give it 110%. I also make a consistent effort Academically. In tenth grade my GPA went from 89 to 91, currently it is a 93. That is a small example to how hard I work to improve myself. I feel that my strong work ethic will speak for itself if I’m given the opportunity to show my skill and dedication.
