Mitchell Keim '12 Recruiting Profile

I am 6'1 and weight 220 lbs.  In the summer of 2011 I was clocked throwing 91 mph by a scout from Ohio Wesylan.  My batting average for both the 2011 high school season and the 2011 travel season was just shy of .500 with a slugging percentage of over .600.  I started varisty at Manchester my sophmore and junior year and was captain of the team my junior year.  I was also awarded 1st team all-conference my junior year.  My biggest accomplishment was in the 2011 travel season when i threw a complete game no-hitter in the state championship game,  striking out 12 and giving up 1 run on an error.  I will contribute to a lot of teams in the fact that i have been a leader on just about every team I have played for, and like I said i was team captain of my high school team my  junior year.  For me, getting into a good school and playing baseball at the next level is a must, I have basically been working my entire life for this.
