Personal Statement
My goal is to help a college team win their conference while maintaining a 3.5 or above GPA at a school with a strong academic program. I am interested in studying Business Management and Finance. During college, I'll keep working hard and listen to instruction to continue developing so I can be drafted into the MLB. Here is some additional information about me:
- I am goal oriented. For example, I set a goal in the fifth grade to be a high school varsity starter as a Freshman. I accomplished this goal and led the team in RBIs.
- I work harder and out hustle other players during practice and in games. As an result, during my Sophomore year, I was the team leader in batting average, hitting .439; on-base percentage, .562; and fielding percentage, .980, earning an All-Suburban League Honor.
- I am competitive, always wanting to play baseball at the highest level. During the summer, I play for the nationally recognized Midwest Pelicans/ Northern Ohio Baseball 17u.
- I work hard in the classroom earning a 3.6 GPA, taking A.P. courses. This translates into making quick and good decisions on the field.
- I am passionate about baseball practicing with Frank Desico of USA Baseball or working out 6-7 times per week.
I look forward to being part of a team and making an immediate impact. Thank you for taking the time to visit my recruiting profile.
