Brant Barlow '19 Recruiting Profile

I started playing baseball when I was four years old and from my earliest memories knew it was my passion.  I am committed and driven to play baseball at the highest possible level.  I was blessed with the opportunity to attend IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL and be a part of their amazing program.  I learned valuable lessons about the life of a student-athlete while balancing athletic, academic, and social activities.  IMG mirrors a college campus, curriculum, and athletic environment that I feel will best prepare me to transition to the next step in my athletic and academic life.

I jumped at the opportunity to move half way across the country to an environment where I could be surrounded by and immersed in baseball.  When I am not in the classroom I am constantly doing something to either improve my physical or mental knowledge of the game. 

My goal is to find a program that is the right fit for both my athletic and academic aspirations.  I believe I have the talent, dedication, and character to make an impact both on the field, in the program, and the community.  I want to excel at the highest possible level and be a leader for any team of which I am a part.
