Personal Statement
I am an extremely hard worker, I am first to practice or lifting and the last to leave.
I posses the qualities of a good leader and have been named captain for both my freshman and JV teams for the last two years. I have acquired these leadership qualities by assisting and serving others through local projects like the Arrupe house near my school and helping coach my grade school science olympiad team. I additionally was invited and attended a student-athlete leadership workshop attended by student-athletes from across Northeast Ohio.
My strongest attribute as a competitor is my mental toughness. I like to keep my mind positive and “turn the page” whenever something bad happens in baseball or in life.
I work just as hard if not even harder in the classroom as I do in baseball. I strive for getting an A+ in every class no matter the difficulty or workload of the class.
It has been my dream to play baseball in college and to be able to play at the highest level possible.
I do not care about the geographic location of a school, I just want a school that fits me best.
I do not have a desired major yet, however, I would like to do something involving math or science.
