Personal Statement
I have grown up in rural Ohio in the small town of Coshocton. I’ve learned hard work is the only thing that pays off. I love the game of baseball and I thrive on the challenge of one-on-one competition against the person standing 60 feet away.
Baseball is a big part of who I am. The game has taught me many things about life, and has helped me develop the character traits of teamwork, perseverance, and leadership. These are traits I will bring with me to your program. I play baseball for the love of the game and to share positive experiences with others while working as part of a team.
My personal goals are to graduate at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA and to play college baseball in a program that will challenge me both physically and mentally. I am committed to doing my best work and nothing less.
