Jerren Larimer '12 Recruiting Profile

      I am six foot and two inches, one hundred seventy pounds, with average running speed. My junior year, I received first team all league and second team all-state shortstop with a batting average above .500.
      When it is either practice or game day, I will be one of the first people at the yard. From the point where I step on to the field till when I leave, I will bust my butt to out hustle every person on the field. (Nobody has ever had negative effects from hustling and working hard.) I will always play my hardest. I am the kind of leader that doesn't lead through words but through actions. This is not from being better than everyone during the game but from being the guy who will pick other players up, do anything to benefit the team, hustle on and off the field, and not show any negative emotion when struggling.
      I am not lookng for any particular size or academicly advanced school. If I am wanted I will go to that place. I am a Christian, but I will not be changed from going to a non- Christian school. I would like to go to a school somewhat close to where I live, so a school in the northwest would be of my potential choices. I am open to different types of schools.
      I have not yet decided what it is I want to study. I am confident that I will find something I like to do once a school is chosen.
      Playing baseball is what I have been doing for almost all my life, all year round. I want to play at the highest level I can, while still to get playing time. I am an athlete. I will compete no matter where I am placed, and I am looking for my skills to be tested.
