My goals for college are to participate in baseball at the collegiate level all while receiving and participating in a rich education. I'm well trained in the mental side of baseball; I am able to visualize positive outcomes and find the best way to make those positive outcomes a reality before a play happens. I am great at recognizing problems through at bats, pitches, and while training, so I can make an adjustment to benefit me in my next appearance. I am very teachable on the field and in the classroom. I strive to make the most out of my coaches and my teachers effort so both of us yield the best results.
I started playing tee ball at 6 years old and I have not stopped since. I played little league all the way until the 2018 season; that season I decided to play club. My first year of club baseball I hit .537 with a OBP of .589 and an OPS of 1.544. I pitched for a record of 11-4 with a 2.216 ERA and a 1.025 WHIP, a l while my team went 44-14
The next year I hit .405 with a .492 OBP and an OPS of 1.127. I pitched with a record of 7-3, with an ERA of 1.709 and a WHIP of 1.116, while the team went 47-14
2020 was a year of an injury and a minimized baseball season. Not many stats.
In 2021, my Sophomore year of high school I hit .449 with a OBP of .518 and a OPS of 1.130. This year I hit leadoff for my high school team instead of the usual 3-5 spot
During the summer of 2021 with Varsity, I hit .429 with a OBP of .512 and a OPS of 1.083 with the team going 7-9
During the same summer, with my club team, I hit .480 with an OBP of .659 and an OPS of 1.419. I Pitched with a ERA of 2.571 and a WHIP of .673 along with an opponent batting average of .098.
