Personal Statement
I envision my college years to be a good time for growth and development as a student athlete. I first started playing baseball at the age of five and became serious after playing competitively at age eight. I discovered a love for the game and become interested in pursuing it at a higher level.
Through playing baseball, I have learned how to overcome failure, adapt to change, and put maximum effort into becoming a better player. I possess many unique characteristics and skills that include; a undeniable work ethic, an ability to play many positions at a high level, remain calm and focused in high pressure situations, and I am very coachable.
My goal is to major in business/marketing and become the best person and baseball player I can possibly be. On and off the field I will conduct myself with respect and honor knowing that my actions reflect on my team, my coaches, and my program.
