Personal Statement

I am a 6' 180 pound redshirt sophomore outfielder at Allegany College of Maryland (NJCAA). I currently have a 3.3 gpa at Allegany College. I graduated Cum Laude from Red Lion High School in Red Lion, PA with a gpa of 3.87 and ranked 68th of 347. After Junior College I would like to continue playing becuase it has been my dream since I was 12 to play college baseball. I love everything about college baseball. I love competing in the sport I love and I love the relationships that are made with my teammates.

I am in need of financial aid to help pay for my college. My goal is to earn a degree and become an athletic director and coach baseball at preferably the college level. I feel that my work ethic, determination, dedication and competitive nature separates me from a lot of other baseball players my age.

The rest of 7th grade I worked out with power lifter, Brian Riley who benched over 800lbs. drug free. Through my time working with Brian I learned the finer points of lifting and was pushed beyond the limits of what I knew I even had. It was extremely intense and I made a lot of gains.
