Personal Statement
My name is Corey Cavalier. I am part of the class of 2018 at Homer-Center High School in Homer City, PA. I am interested in a university with a first class Physician Assistant program that also has a solid baseball program.
I primarily play second base and middle infield for Homer Center High School. For Armstrong, of the Pittsburgh College Prospect League, I am the short stop. I bat 3rd in the lineup for each team. I also play third base, outfield and pitch. I have a verified velocity from the infield of 80 mph and a top fastball of 85 mph. I have been a Summa Scholar, with an NGA greater than 98% (4.0 GPA), each semester of my high school career. I have been on the high honor roll each semester of my high school career. My current SAT score is 1100. I am a member of the National Honor Society and a volunteer for “Meals on Wheels”.
It would be an honor to be part of a great academic and baseball program.
