I am an extremely hardworking individual who puts the "unseen time" in the gym and on the field. I want the opportunity to play baseball in college and beyond and will do whatever it takes to get there. I am looking for the best fit for me in a college for education, baseball experience, coaching experience and opportunities to play everyday.

LANDEN ROZICH SS 2B, RHP 5-9 125 R/R 7 ABOUT PG GRADES HIT: 6.5 POWER: 6.5 FIELDING: 7 Landen Rozich is a 2025 SS/2B with a 5-9 125 lb. frame from Oxford, PA who attends Oxford Area. Slender young high waisted build with lots of room and time to get stronger. Right handed hitter, big hanging leg lift leg load from a narrow straight stance, complicated timer that will have to be simplified as the game speeds up, big lower half drift into contact, has some hand quickness and swings hard, middle of the field line drive contact, hands stay tight and direct through the ball, has hitting tools to develop with additional strength and adjustments. 7.69 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has good athletic actions working through the ball, quick exchange and release on the move, over the top arm slot with an longer release when he stays back on the ball, some young carry on his throws. Feedback from Coaches: Coach Connor Landen is a primary MIF who showed well during our camp. As an IF his actions were smooth and the transfer from glove to throw was quick and efficient. He topped at 75 across the diamond and was very accurate. While in OF drills his showed competent tracking skills and routes. Landen put down a solid 7.26 60 yard dash and while slipping (no cleats) a 5.01 5-10-5 shuttle. At the plate there is a ton to like but also some work to be done. Overall, solid contact delivered line drives around the park. The biggest detriment to his overall performance was a very steep bat angle at contact, which produced some sliced contact and slight misses. On the mound the RHP showed solid tempo and direction with his delivery. His fast ball had good action with late movement and was between 71 and 75. His breaking ball was solid and showed good action but is still developing. He threw 2 really sharp curve balls that were impressive and showed between 58 and 61 MPH. His third pitch was a 2-seam fastball which had some real late depth sitting between 67 and 72. Most notably the 2-seam showed some real characteristics of being a sinker and could honestly be a featured pitch on the outer half. Landen shows actions of a player above his years and will be a very high follow for the next 3 years. Coach Pla Defense-Player works through the ball very well on all ground balls. To the glove side, shows some solid range and gets the transfer through the middle of his body and can use all arm slots from behind the bag. Ball hit right at him, uses left leg lead mostly and comes through the ball well. Still needs to finish the throw more but shows some arm strength across the diamond. Ball to backhand side, works through well after rake and makes transfer to middle of body. When reaching for the ball, stands tall on back side and throws from a high ¾ slot across the diamond. Slow roller shows good posture and release. Can still work lower to the ball and finish throws more but has a lot of upside as the player gets bigger and stronger and has 4 years left to make strides. Hitting- Stands tall with a slightly open stance to start with. Takes big leg kick to load and lands firm on the front side. Starts swing and gets on plane to get through the baseball with a slight upswing on balls middle and up. Balls down, the attack angle gets really steep and comes straight up. Shows power to the middle of the field and uses the right side well on middle-away pitches. Can stay taller through zone and needs to get front foot down a little earlier to keep weight back and keep front shoulder closed. Arm bars slightly but does not currently hurt his swing as body goes with arms unless caught out in front. Has potential to be a solid overall hitter.
