When I get older it would be a dream to make it to the MLB. However, first it is more important to get a great education and play the sport I love! Therefore, I have been playing the game of ball for about 10 years now and I plan to play for many more years to come. I am very passionate about the game and I love to help out my fellow teammates as much as possible when they need it most. I am positive and optimistic, and always strive to get better even though there may be multiple conflicts in my way. A previous award that I have been given is the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award for having great grades through out my eighth grade school year. Grades are a top priority for me as an individual. I try very hard to get my work and projects complete well and on time, so I can get good grades and play ball. Therefore, if I don't get good grades I can't play baseball, so I like to use it as a motivation to help me strive for the good grades that I need in order to play. As a result, I am different from many other athletes. I work and strive everyday to practice, learn and get better at the game of baseball so I have better chances and odds of getting the results that I am looking for in my future.
