My name is Kyle Kirby and I am a three sport athlete but I have always had a passion for baseball. Ever since I was little I have always wanted to participate in college baseball. Many of my friends have moved on to the collegiate level and have explained how much work and fun they experienced. I have a very strong work ethic and I believe that I would contribute to whatever program that gives me an opportunity. My high school baseball team has had some deep runs into the play-offs in the past two years. I understand the hard work and the focus that it takes to succeed in the game. These games have taught me how crucial each out and at-bat is and how I have needed to be on my game at all times. My performance during high school has been productive and I have been consistent with both my play in the field and my approach at the plate. What I am hoping to do in the future in baseball, is to play at the next level. I believe that I have a lot of untapped potential that could have an impact on a college team. My versatility as an athlete has contributed to my skills as a baseball player. I am an intense competitor and I can handle constructive criticism from coaches. If given the opportunity I know I will rise to the occasion.
