As a student in my Freshman year of high school, I am open to a wide variety of opportunities for my future. Currently, opportunities I am exploring are the fields of architecture and engineering. I know to be a candidate in this field I have to excel in both the classroom and in my everyday responsibilities. I feel that athletics helps me with this by allowing me experience in leadership, teamwork and accountability. I am currently a three sport athlete who carries a 4.0 in the classroom while participating in the honors academic pathway at my school. I am an active member of my church youth group which has offered many opportunities for community outreach and mission service. I feel this experience has shown me adversities that life can bring and helped me to see how these adversities can be handled in a positive manner. I strive to be a positive member of my team, school and community.
