Personal Statement

I have been passionate about baseball since I was 3 years old. If I'm not playing baseball, I am watching, practicing or studying the game. I have a very strong support group through my faith, family and friends. I feel by biggest asset is that I get along with everyone. I don't have a specific group of friends but I know everyone and hang with everyone. I am a leader on my High School team. I was made captain my first year at a new school and I will be captain again this coming year. I have severe Dyslexia and I don't let this stop me in regards to my life or my grades. I have to work harder than other people but I do not let it affect me in a negative way. I enjoy life and a I want to play baseball at the next level so I work hard and have a great work ethic so I can obtain my goals.

AwardsIn 2018, I won MVP of my baseball team, All District First Team and All State second TEAM HM. I also maintained grades and received recognition for my grades through National Society. I have severe Dyslexia so this is always a challenge for me but I don't let it stop me. In 2016 I won the M5 award at my school. This award is nominated by the teachers and means that I follow a Christian like attitude both with teachers and friends. Honor Roll Never had a demerit
ActivitiesI have been volunteering at a non-profit that helps children where I do filing and helping out in any office needs. I also have spent the summer teaching younger kids baseball fundamentals. I also work the church nursery at my church
