Jackson Molinaro '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a coachable, highly motivated, happy athlete who looks forward to contributing to their college team to make the team the most competitive that they can be!  I come from a large, close family (3 brothers and 1 sister) and we all grew up with a strong work ethic, a love for sports and the expectation that education was essential.  My 3 older siblings have played at the college level in baseball, football and soccer.   I love that baseball has given me the discipline and ability to plan my time wisely, to value the dynamics of a team environment and to focus my competitive nature towards something positive.  Cedar Park HS has a competitive baseball program and has gone to playoffs every season for years.  I was chosen to be pulled up by Connie Cochran (our 35+ year veteran coach) as a freshman and started every game since 2014, so I am used to playing in highly competitive, stressful situations.    Getting an education is really important to me and I am excited to hopefully be playing in college as I know it will help me to manage my time, give me the athletic outlet I need and the social community that we let me be involved.
