I am a recent graduate from Forney High School in Forney, Texas. We completed our 2018 trip to the Texas State 5A Tournament where we finished as state finalists, this following District, Area, and Regional Championships, we finished a good year with lots of great memories and lessons to look back on. My goal now is to find a college to continue my baseball skills at and first and foremost to get an education. I have seen the difference an education can make in ones life and want to make sure I have those same opportunities. My degree focus will be on either criminal justice, sports management or general business. I want to continue to pursue my opportunities to play baseball and continue to develop my skills as a pitcher while I continue my education. What a program willing to offer the opportunity to play would get from me is a driven, and dedicated team focused pitcher willing to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed through positive effort and attitude, I will support my teammates through my efforts on the field or positive encouragement while off the field. I will be a dedicated student focused on positive academic results.
I recently finished my freshman year at NCU in Minneapolis, MN. , and was very thankful for the opportunity they gave me there to pursue my goals. I decided to move back home to TX to focus on my studies and improve my pitching skills. I have been working the past year with a private pitching coach and Atlet, to work on Strength and conditioning as well as my Velo. I have made great strides and now need to focus on finding a great school to put it all to use.
Baseball has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, it has given me many of my fondest memories. I have learned as much from playing the sport as I have from any other influences in my life. Lessons on how to handle failure, the importance of team camaraderie and the brotherhood or friendships formed when a group of individuals come together for a common cause. I have been blessed in that I have been exposed to great programs throughout the United States having moved many time throughout my years growing up. I have played on competitive travel teams from Seattle, California, Arizona, New York, and Texas. My travels have given me the opportunity to train with great baseball influence's like Greg Minton of the San Francisco Giants or Bucky Jacobson of the Seattle Mariners, and Kelly Stinnett of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Each has influenced me as a player differently weather trying to perfect my mechanics, teach me about dedication to my craft or simply teaching me to love the sport, I appreciate each of them for their contributions and memories.
I would truly appreciate an opportunity to have a conversation about playing for your team and what contributions I can make to your team.
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and for considering me for your team.
