My name is Travis Swails from Clarksville, TN. I recently transferred schools from Fort Campbell High School to Clarksville Academy. I understand that working on the playing field, is just as important as working in the classroom. I carry a 3.73 GPA, while taking mainly honor courses. I was inducted into National Honor Society my sophomore year. My varsity baseball career started in my 8th grade year, while starting varsity catcher for the Fort Campbell baseball team. I have doubled my hits each year, have 8 hits my 8th grade year, 16 my 9th grade year, and 32 my 10th grade year. I carry a high OBP reaching .453 this past year while batting .308 in the second spot in the order. I am very versatile, I can move around the field. I mainly stay behind the plate, but can move to middle infield, as well as pitch. Understanding my role, I have a great work ethic, as well as leadership role.
