I have been playing the game of baseball my whole life. As some of friends got burned out of the sport through the years, I have always had a big passion for the sport. I try my hardest in every way to become the best baseball player I can such as going to lessons for catching, pitching and hitting. I also try to play for as many teams as I can for experience in the fall and summer as well as just going outside throwing baseball and hitting off the tee. I have been challenged throughout my experience with the sport by being faced with new coaches, changes in high schools and knee surgery my Freshman year. My knee surgery forced me to quit catching and move to outfield and pitching, but one thing that has always helped me out was hitting. My middle school years I lead my team in RBI's and batting average. I hope to continue that achievement as I move up to the varsity stage in High School now becoming an upperclassmen. One of my best experiences in baseball was this year playing for a traveling team in East Cobb Atlanta. There I faced a good amount of pitching and pitching against good batters up on the mound. I feel I have improved majorly by the level of competition and coaching. When facing my college years, I could not imagine not playing baseball. I love the sport too much and want to continue it in the next level. I would prefer to play locally in my state, but anywhere would be fine with me at any level. I have also heard the term, "grades before sports, " numerous times. I keep my academics up and I always take honor courses when available.
