2016 Perfect Game Showcase Grade: 8.5
My parents and friends consider me easy going and a focused leader, not to let peer pressure influence my goals. Growing up in a country atmosphere, hunting and fishing have given me a sense of what physical hard work and patience can accomplish. I concentrate my time mentally by keeping a 4.0 GPA in preparation for my collegiate and professional career. Baseball has been in my life since I could walk, and it has given me many memorable moments to cherish. In 2015 as a sophomore I earned the starting position at 3rd base and had a successful 28 game season and named to the 6AAA all district TSSAA team.
2016 after a 35 game season. Batting average of .425 OBP .456 SLG .699 OPS 1.155. I had 45 RBI'S, 18 stolen bases, 5 home runs, 3 triples, and 10 doubles against some of the best AAA high school competition in the state. My team finished with a 14-21 record.
I promise to use my God-given talent to be a good teammate and student of the game as I work to be a leader on and off the field.
