My name is Mason Roach, I will be a class of 2019 graduate from Covenant Christian Academy and I live in Colleyville, TX.  I am working very hard to make my dream of playing college baseball a reality.  I am a LHP, and a LH hitting OF.  I played for Dbat Elite - Gowins in Dallas, Tx from 2012 - 2016, I will be playing for Texas Stix - Black for Summer 2017 and Summer 2018

• 2017 - Varsity Football - All State Honorable Mention - LB (Jr)
• 2017 - Varsity Football - 1st Team All District LB (Jr)
• 2017 - Varsity Football - 2nd Team All District RB (Jr)
• 2017 - Varsity Baseball - 1st Team All State (Soph)
• 2017 - Varsity Baseball - District MVP (Soph)
• 2016 - Varsity Football - 2nd Team All District LB (Soph)
• 2017 Varsity Baseball - threw first ever perfect game for my High School in district game on 4/4/2017.
• Spring 2017 - Varsity Baseball - Twice Received Diamond Pro Pitcher of the week for State of Texas Private Schools - District play.
• Received scholarship offers to play Division 1 baseball, verbal commit to Air Force Academy
• Selected to the 2016 USA Baseball 15U National Team Trials (only top 40 players invited).

• Named to the USA Baseball 14u NTDP roster.  Was closer when the 14U NTDP team beat the 15U national team 7-5

• Competed with North Texas at the USA Baseball NTIS event in Cary, NC for selection to the 2016 15U National Team Trials

I also currently play football, basketball and I run track (100M, 4x400 relay, 300M hurdles, and long jump).   I am an excellent student and I take at least 3 advanced courses a semester (pre AP, honors, AP).   My mother is a high school counselor and many family members work in education.   

In addition to playing with Dbat Elite, my other recent baseball experiences include:

- Playing with the USA LABC team in Santo Domingo, DR in August of 2014

- Being selected for the USA baseball NTIS team for North Texas and competing at the USA baseball facility in Cary, NC for the team USA tryouts.

- Being invited to compete in the Power Showcase Home Run contest at Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX October, 2014 (and Futures Game)

- Being select to play in the UA Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All America in January of 2015 and being recognized as one of the top players (Maroon team) and top velocities at the event  (https://www.baseballfactory.com/baseball-factory-america-pre-season-rookie-tournament-team-capsules/#maroon)

- Played in UA Pre- Season All American Tournament in Phoenix, AZ January 13-15, 2017
