My name is Thomas Jeffries. I attended Flower Mound High School in the class of 2015 under the direction of Danny Wallace where our team was able to win a State Championship in 2014 with a very talented group of individuals, I was able to have much success my against a very good district consisting of many current D1 players, it was a honor to earn 2nd team Designated Hitter in our 2015 run and gave me the opportunity to play ball in college. I am currently in my sophomore year at Paris Junior College. I was able to accomplish many things my freshmen year at Paris, Coach Deron Clark was able to help develop my skills in the game of baseball and was able to better me as a person while doing so, sadly he will not be returning as our coach after 17 seasons. I am an extremely reliable, consistent, and smart 1st Basemen while also seeing substantial time in the Outfield and behind the plate currently. I was able to hit for a .345 season average while having a .415 conference average with 13 stolen bases while also earning Region 14 NJCAA All- Conference Freshmen of the Year honors. I am also a selection in the Texas New-Mexico Junior College All-Star Game as a member of Region 14 (September, 24, 2016). During this year I was also able to maintain a 3.0 GPA. I truly believe that if I am able to be apart of your program I would be able to bring many assets to your team and would also be able to continue to develop my self as a person, player, and student.
