I have always wanted to play baseball at the collegiate level. Every day I learn something new in baseball and grasp onto it to better myself. I am a good candidate because I have a great attitude. Attitude can bring up a team or bring down a team. Whenever the coach instructs me, I listen to what he says and gladly improve whatever may be catching his eye. Whether it be hitting, catching, pitching, or fielding, I do everything I can to get my hands on the best instructions to better myself--not specifically for me but for the team. I am different from other recruits in that I am not selfish. Some may play the game to get credit, and some may play to impress others. I play because it's fun and I look forward to going to practice. I also differ in that I play for a higher cause. I play to the best of my ability because I must do what I do for the glory of God, showing people that talent and hard work could not be done without His will and purpose.
