Jason Blanchard '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jason Blanchard and I currently attend Kingwood Park High School in Kingwood, Texas. I am a 5'11 Pitcher who is extremely passionate about the game of baseball. My best attribute is my competitive nature and the will to win/hatred of losing. I am a winner by nature and will do anything within my power not to let my team lose. I am a late-blooming, left-handed pitcher with exploding velocity and a high ceiling. I was the #1 starting pitcher for my high school varsity team(2014) posting a 9-1 record with a 1.39 ERA and 72 Strikeouts in 70.2 innings pitched. Currently, I hold a 4.77 GPA and am ranked 44 out of 400+ students. It has always been my dream to play college baseball, and it doesn't matter where I play in college, but I want to play and succeed at the highest level possible. I am very involved in my school, as well.
